Dr. Queck opened The Carolinas Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic in 1993. A graduate of Iowa State University, she has performed advanced dental procedures on pets since 1986. In 1993, she became a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry of which there are less than 100 members worldwide. She regularly speaks to veterinarians and animal affiliated groups in the Carolinas. She also presents scientific papers, conducts teaching laboratories, and provides continuing education for veterinary staff. Dr. Queck enjoys outdoor activities especially when they include her family & pets.

Originally from Ridgefield, CT, Dr. Pantone's parents moved their family to Seoul, S. Korea when she was a teenager. She zigzagged across the world and later found herself back in Korea where she met her husband. They relocated to Ft. Hood, Texas where she graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and shortly thereafter she moved to North Carolina.  Dr. Pantone has enjoyed working in general practice prior to accepting an internship in Veterinary Dentistry in 2017 at our partner hospital, The Hospital for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery.  Dr. Pantone still sees general practice clients and is looking forward to combining her vast general practice knowledge with her love of dentistry to provide her furry patients with the best care possible.  Dr. Pantone and her husband live in Plaza Midwood with their 2 rottweilers and cat.

Dr. Brown is the lead veterinarian at The Carolina’s Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic. Born in Texas, she spent most of her childhood on the Alabama Gulf Coast until moving to Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. She spent four years in Phoenix, Arizona where she attended Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine. Growing up on a small cow-calf operation and riding equestrian from age five to the collegiate level were her inspirations for becoming a veterinarian. Her special interests include reproduction, small animal dentistry, dermatology, preventative diagnostics, and nutrition. Dr. Brown joins the Carolina’s Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic family with her 5-year-old Border collie/Golden retriever mix, Ruca. On the weekend, you can find Dr. Brown and Ruca hiking in the Piedmont, visiting the Carolinas beaches or planning their next downhill skiing vacation.

Stephanie has been managing veterinary practices for 11 years and thoroughly enjoys working in this field! She feels it is very rewarding being able to help pets get the care and treatment that they need to live long and healthy lives.  She has been married for over 20 years, has 2 great kids and 4 cats!

Blair has been in the veterinary field for a little over 15 years now and she still finds passion for it every day! Blair loves being able to help healthy pets stay healthy and help sick pets get better. She also has an interest in Veterinary Dermatology, as well as educating clients. She has 2 dogs, a Pomeranian named Sir Puppy Winchester and a miniature American Eskimo named Arctic. She likes spending time with her dogs, family & friends, as well as, reading, hunting for antiques, and visiting museums.

Kearsten has been working with small businesses for the past 5 years, developing social media, websites, and more. She has a bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University in writing, public relations and advertising. She loves working with all different types of businesses because as they grow, she has the unique opportunity to grow with them. She has one dog named Rooben and he is a Redbone Coonhound Mix. She loves spending time hiking with Rooben and her husband and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer.

Alissa has been working as a veterinary technician since 2010. She is originally from Texas where she achieved her associates from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston and became a licensed veterinary technician. After getting her start in small animal general medicine, she gained experience in emergency and dentistry services as well. She began working at a veterinary dental specialist in Austin, Texas before moving here to North Carolina. When not enjoying her work, she loves reading, cooking, and playing video games. She currently lives in Cornelius where she loves spending time with her family and her Scottish Terrier, Bogart.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Samantha decided Charlotte was the place for her. She has always wanted to work with animals, specifically showing the importance of the Human-Animal Bond. She loves to hike, camp, read, play video games, and occasionally travel with her partner in crime, Ari. Like Ari, Samantha is open to learn new things and revise the old. She is happy to be a part of Carolinas, where we encourage learning and growth!

Caitlyn grew up in suburban New York, in a town called Croton -on-Hudson.  Caitlyn graduated from Clemson University in 2018 with a degree in Animal and Veterinary Science and a minor in Environmental Science and Policy.  She met her fun-loving husband at Clemson; and they were recently married in the fall of 2019! She will soon be off on an adventure to earn my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and she is optimistic that her time and effort pursuing this esteemed degree will enrich her life and those around her.
